Incorporated in 2023, PMI Arka is the newest locally-owned franchisee of Property Management Inc. in the greater Seattle area. The company offers single- and multi-family Residential Brokerage and Property Management Services in King and Snohomish Counties.
PMI is the country's largest franchise network for property management services, with over 400 locations and over $52 billion of assets under management.
Aditya is a 5-time entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in real estate, technology and financial services. He is dedicated to providing property management expertise and outstanding service to his clients and tenants through accountability, professionalism and exceptional communication.Originally from Mumbai, India - he has lived in Seattle and its surroundings for over 5 years.
He has a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from London Business School in the UK, and holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. He also holds a Washington state real estate broker license.

Samiksha is an Administrative Assistant at PMI Arka who handles daily office tasks, coordinates communication, keeps records updated, and supports smooth team operations. She is known for being efficient, organized, dependable, and approachable in her work.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Amravati University. She enjoys working at PMI Arka because of its positive work culture, learning opportunities, and cooperative team environment.
Tejaswini is an Administrative Assistant at PMI Arka, where she oversees leasing operations and supports client and property onboarding. She manages property listings, coordinates inquiries, and communicates with prospective tenants through to placement, helping facilitate the leasing process from start to finish.
Yuliya is a seasoned property management professional with over a decade of experience leading multifamily operations across the Pacific Northwest. Having grown up in the industry, she brings a practical, hands-on understanding of property performance, team leadership, and client relationships, with proven success executing value-add strategies that improve occupancy, operational efficiency, and overall asset performance. Yuliya is known for her ability to stabilize operations, identify growth opportunities, and build strong, accountable teams that deliver consistent results.
Originally born in Turkmenistan and of Russian heritage, Yuliya is fluent in both Russian and English, allowing her to effectively serve diverse clients, residents, and communities. She chose to work with PMI Arka because of its commitment to operational excellence, strong client relationships, and a culture focused on growth, accountability, and delivering measurable results.
She is passionate about continuous improvement and focuses on expanding her impact at a more strategic level—supporting portfolio performance, enhancing value through thoughtful asset management, and contributing to long-term investment success.
